The food was the best of down home smoked favorites, while being creative in approach for example smoked brisket eggrolls! Shawn is laid back and friendly while being excellent at what he does. I worked with Shawn. He use to spoil us @ work when he’d cook for us @ our yearly company picnics. His smoked ribs were moist & delicious (my favorite). His varieties of food, meats, different flavored sauces as well, nice touch.
